about us
The Village is a new construction residence situated in the city centre of Leuven, namely the Burgemeestersstraat. Three out of the seven buildings which are all part of the Village, are owned by Studentcomfort. In between these three buildings, you can find a beautiful landscaped garden, available for our tenants. This new residence is, as mentioned before, perfectly located. First of all, it’s close by the train station, surrounded by multiple faculties of the University of Leuven, Vlerick Business school and other school institutions. It is also close to a supermarket and different cafes and restaurants. All of this is reachable within walking distance. Furthermore, you’ll find everything you need for a sparkling cocktail between your study time and leisure.
All of our rooms at the Village are modern furnished and are equipped with a private bathroom, containing a shower, toilet and a wash basin (sink). Every room has its own built-in refrigerator with freezer compartment. MorThe kitchens are shared with 15 other students living there. Moreover, the fully modern equipped kitchens are provided with combination ovens, cooking stoves; refrigerators, dishwashers and flat screens. Every building has its own secured bicycle storage, situated in the basement garage. We also offer several car parking spaces to rent. The relaxation room, in which we have created a small movie hall, is shared with all tenants in the Village.
This residence has a cooperation agreement with the University of Leuven (KU Leuven).
The Village is perfectly situated in the city centre of Leuven and near the train station.

We manage 3 buildings in the new construction residence “The Village” which accommodate 139 student rooms. Every building is divided into 4 floors with living unit for 10 to 15 students, except for building E, which consists of 3 floors.
The buildings and the student rooms more than meet the strict quality standards of the City of Leuven and KU Leuven. Our residence has the Kotlabel.
Every room is equipped with a private bathroom, containing a shower, toilet and a wash basin (sink). They are modern furnished with a bed, a wooden bed frame, a desk with book shelves, a nightstand, a closet and its own built-in refrigerator. Subsequently, each room is provided with lighting and curtains.

General facilities :
- Each floor (10 to 15 people) has a modern equipped kitchen with combination ovens, cooking stoves, refrigerators and a dishwasher.
- There is a common area with a pool table, tables and a separate movie room.
- Our underground garage provides a safe storage for bikes.
- It is possible to rent a parking space for a car.
- Each room is equipped with a high-speed internet connection. There is a television in the kitchens.
- Each room has a built-in refrigerator and is furnished in a modern way.
- The residence has its own technicians who are on site daily.
The monthly rent starts from € 480 per month, depending on the size and location of the room. We work with an all-inclusive fixed monthly amount for water, energy and internet.

These rooms are situated on the third floor in building B.
comfort plus double
A 35m² furnished room which can be used by a couple. The rooms has its own bedroom, but no private kitchen.
Furthermore, there is a desk, book shelves, a closet and a wash basin (sink) with both cold and warm water.
It has a private bathroom, containing a shower, toilet and wash basin (sink).
studio
A 35m² furnished studio. It’s located in building D (D3.08) and equipped with a modern kitchen, a bed, a wooden bed framework, a desk, bookshelves, a closet and a wash basin (sink) with both cold and warm water.

Apartment
A 55m² furnished apartment in building E (E0.01). It’s equipped with a modern kitchen, a bed, a wooden bed framework, a desk, bookshelves, a closet and a wash basin (sink) with both cold and warm water.
It has a private bathroom, containing a shower, toilet and wash basin (sink).

Additional costs:
- Student room: fixed monthly cost for electricity, water, heating and internet: 95 euros per month.
- Double room, studio or apartment: fixed monthly cost for electricity, water, heating and internet: 100 euros per person per month.
- Tax on second residences is not included.
- Deposit: 1 month rent + 50 euros deposit for the keys.
The rental price includes fire insurance, the collection and processing of household garbage, the residence’s own handyman service, maintenance and repairs, twice-weekly cleaning of the common areas and the administrative costs. The prices mentioned are all-in: there will not be a final bill for consumption afterwards.
This residence has a cooperation agreement with the University of Leuven.
Reservations
All reservations are made directly through the residence manager. We will start for academic year 2022-2023 on Saturday, March 19, 2022.
